Terms & Conditions

The minimum stay is 3 nights. We offer a special rate for a stay of 7 nights or more.

Meals are not included.

The maximum occupancy is 7 guests and all guests are by prior arrangement only.

The rate is from 250.00 euro per night.

Deposit, payment and cancellation:
A deposit of 200.00 euro is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation and there is free cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable thereafter.

We can accept deposit payment of 200.00 euro via Stripe where we will provide a secure payment link.

We also accept Visa or Mastercard and related cards or payment is also welcome by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

The balance is welcome at check-in.

The balance at check-in can be paid by Visa and MasterCard and related cards and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).

Damages:
An additional charge will be made in the event of damage and will be charged at the cost of replacement or repair.

If you are considering The Lodge at Friars Glen, we wish to let you know about a few house rules.

• This is a non smoking house.
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• This house is not suitable for events or parties given the proximity to Friars Glen Country House.
• We would appreciate it that there is no loud noise at any time and no outside noise after 9pm.-
